I worked alongside Peter on a commercial project in which he was the project manager. For all the works carried out he demonstrated a professional approach at all times during the different stages of the project.

Over the last two years I have been co-investing with Peter Motalli and developing the site at 139 Queens Parade, Clifton Hill. Over that time he has shown the utmost professionalism in working with planners, council, surveyors, authorities, architects, and many sub-contractors. He has achieved the required planning permits to allow development of the Normandy Hotel historic building into a vibrant cafe, a shop/office and three excellent apartments. Peter directly oversaw these developments and overcame many obstacles.
